Contact usCan I sign up without the free check?
Yes. Pick a plan, and it's set up in your RoundBorders account and billed monthly. The free check is there if you'd like advice first. Either way, when you join we look the site over, and if something needs fixing before the plan can do its job, we tell you and quote it separately.
What counts as a fix?
Something that worked and stopped: a broken layout, a plugin conflict, a form that won't send. Larger improvements and new features are quoted separately as fixed-price projects, so you'll always know which is which before we start.
What's the difference between Essential and Growth?
Essential covers the upkeep of a single site: tested updates, daily backups, monitoring, one fix a month and replies by the next business day. Growth adds same-hour priority response, up to three fixes a month, performance tuning and a direct Slack or WhatsApp channel. It's the one stores and busy sites usually need.
What happens if my site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us as soon as it happens, and you hear from us straight away. On Growth and Agency we respond within the hour; on Essential, by the next business day. If you're not on a plan and your site is down right now, the same-day rescue is the faster way in.
Do you look after sites you didn't build?
Yes. Most sites on a care plan were built by someone else. When you join, we look the site over before we take responsibility for it, and tell you plainly what shape it's in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in, no cancellation fees. Your site, your call. We just ask for notice before the next billing date.
