By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.
We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised Policy will be effective 180 days after posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance.

How we collect your information
Information reaches us through several channels:
Registration & direct submissions
When you fill out a registration form, submit personal information, interact with the website, or create projects.
Cookies & authentication
When creating a new project, a cookie is saved in your browser containing only the project ID, no personal data. It expires after 1 day.
Visiting the login page sets a temporary cookie to check browser compatibility (discarded on close). Logging in sets cookies for login persistence (2 days by default, 2 weeks with "Remember Me") and screen preferences (1 year). Logging out removes all login cookies. Password reset emails include your IP address.
Project replies
When users leave project replies, we collect the data shown in the reply form, along with the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string for spam detection. An anonymized hash of your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it. Your profile picture is visible to RoundBorders staff in the context of your reply.
Payment processing
We use Stripe as our payment processor. We do not retain or have access to any of your payment information; it is transmitted directly to Stripe via a secure connection. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

- Creating projects and project replies
- Processing payment
- Support & customer feedback
- Publishing testimonials (with permission)
- Administration & account management
If we want to use your information for any other purpose, we will request your consent first and use it only for the purpose(s) for which consent was granted, unless required otherwise by law.

Retention of your information
We will retain your personal information for 90 days to 2 years after account termination, or for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy.
Certain information may be retained longer for record-keeping, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or enforcement of legal rights. Residual anonymous and aggregate information (neither of which identifies you) may be stored indefinitely.

Your rights
Access, rectification & erasure
You can access and rectify or erase your personal data via your "Edit profile" page. Deletion requests are processed within 7 days of receipt.
Data portability

Opt-out of marketing
