Every project at RoundBorders.com is quoted at a fixed price before work begins. There are no hourly billing surprises and no scope creep charges. The price you approve through the platform is the price you pay, nothing more.
How much do small WordPress fixes usually cost?
Most small fixes fall into the lower pricing tier and are often quoted within a few hours. You’ll always see the exact fixed price before work starts. No hourly rates, no uncertainty.
Do you charge extra for urgent or same-day work?
Usually not. Most urgent fixes are done the same day at the normal price. A rush fee only applies when a job is truly urgent and we have to move other work to take it on, so it depends on our availability. We avoid it whenever we can, and if urgency changes the price, your estimate says so plainly before you approve.
Are there any subscription fees or long-term commitments?
No. All project-based work is pay-as-you-go with no subscriptions required. The only recurring cost we offer is optional maintenance plans, which you can cancel at any time.
Do you provide estimates before I submit access credentials?
Yes. You can request a price estimate without providing any access. Credentials are only needed after you approve the fixed-price quote and want us to begin work.
What if the work takes longer than you estimated?
We absorb it. The quote you approved is the final price, every time. Slow work is our cost, not yours.
Why don't you list exact prices for everything?
Because two "broken sites" are rarely the same job. Our ballparks are honest floors and typical ranges from real projects; your exact number depends on your site, which is exactly what the free quote is for.
What does "no fix, no charge" mean?
If we can't fix the problem you hired us to fix, you don't pay for that fix. It rarely comes to that, because we diagnose your issue before we quote it. When a fix fights back, we keep going: we dig deeper, try another route and keep you posted in your project room. The guarantee is the last resort, looked at case by case once we've done everything we reasonably can, and it has no deadline.
