WordPress speed, fixed at the root.
Slow pages cost you sales and rankings. We find what's actually slowing your site, server, database, render path, and front-end, then fix it and prove the difference on your real traffic.
Speed isn't a plugin. It's six things, done right.
"Slow WordPress" is rarely one cause. We profile your site, then fix the layers that are actually hurting it.
Server & TTFB
Time to first byte before a single pixel renders: PHP workers, object cache, and hosting config tuned so the server answers fast.
Caching strategy
Page, object, and CDN caching set up so repeat visits are instant, without breaking carts, logins, or other dynamic pages.
Database health
Bloated tables, autoloaded options, orphaned revisions and transients: cleaned, trimmed, and indexed so queries stop dragging.
Images & media
Right-sized, modern formats (WebP / AVIF), and lazy-loaded below the fold, so the page weight matches what visitors actually see.
Render path & front-end
Render-blocking CSS and JavaScript, web fonts, and third-party scripts moved off the critical path so the page paints sooner.
Plugin & code audit
The one slow plugin or expensive query nobody wants to touch, profiled and found, then fixed or replaced.
Same page. One loads before you blink.
Same content, to scale. The difference is the engineering underneath: a real client store went 840ms → 110ms on server response, a 29 GB database trimmed to under 1%, and a render path with nothing left blocking it. Measured on real traffic, not a lab demo.
Measured, not guessed.
Measure first
We baseline lab and real-user data before touching anything, so the gain is provable, not anecdotal.
Find the real cause
Profiling, not guesswork. The bottleneck is rarely where people assume it is.
Fix at the root
Server, database, assets, and code, fixed properly instead of papered over with one more caching plugin.
Prove it
Before-and-after numbers on your real traffic. If it is not measurably faster, it is not done.
Sometimes the real fix isn't more optimization. If your site has outgrown its hosting, we'll say so and point you to a migration to faster hosting instead of selling you tuning that can't beat the ceiling.

Bishoy was very helpful and responsive. Provided exactly what was requested in a timely manner!
SQL database is giant.
Bishoy is so awesome. I would gladly hire him again for a project. He is super fast and an expert at his craft. He helped me to clean up and optimize a 29GB database file down to less than 1% of that size. My website is running so smoothly now. Thank you, Bishoy!

FAQ
Before you reach out.
The questions people ask before a performance project, answered straight.
How much faster will my site actually get?
It depends where you start, but most sites we tune see server response and largest-contentful-paint cut by more than half. We baseline first and show before-and-after numbers, so you see the real gain rather than a promise.
What actually makes a WordPress site slow?
Rarely one thing. Usually some mix of slow server response, missing or misconfigured caching, a bloated database, oversized images, and render-blocking scripts and fonts. We profile your site to find which of those apply before quoting.
Do you guarantee green Core Web Vitals?
We optimise toward green LCP, INP, and CLS and measure on your real traffic. Some limits are set by your hosting; if that is the ceiling, we tell you honestly and recommend the fix, often a move to faster hosting, rather than selling tuning that cannot beat it.
Will the work change how my site looks?
No. Performance work is invisible to visitors: same design, same content, same layout. We test on staging and measure before and after, so the only thing that changes is the speed.
Isn't a caching plugin enough?
Sometimes it helps, but caching hides symptoms rather than fixing causes. If the database is bloated or the render path is heavy, we fix that too, so the speed holds up under real traffic instead of only on a cached first view.
How do you measure the improvement?
Lab tools like Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights, plus real-user data, baselined before we start and re-measured after. You get the numbers, not just our word for it.
