The valuable part
Webflow's CMS is the part worth keeping, and it maps cleanly onto WordPress, field for field. Collection URLs stay as they are, so this is the lowest-risk platform move we do.
Zero downtime, drawn
The new site is built and tested beside your live Webflow site. On cutover night, DNS moves on a short TTL and both sites serve until the world catches up. Browsing never stops. Forms and the store (if you have one) freeze for about fifteen minutes so the last entries and orders come across exactly.

Webflow runs the hosting, the CDN, and the updates. On WordPress, hosting, updates, backups, and monitoring are yours to arrange.

Webflow's interactions don't export as editable settings. On Route A they're rebuilt in CSS and light JavaScript; on Route B they come along in the exported code.

What Webflow site owners ask before switching, and what we tell them.
Yes. Webflow exports clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, so we can wrap it as a WordPress theme (pixel for pixel, content and collections editable, layout changes by a developer) or run headless with WordPress as the CMS and the frontend untouched. Or we rebuild the design on native blocks so your team can edit everything. We recommend one route in the free scope.
They become real WordPress content types, field for field: each collection a custom post type, fields as fields, reference fields as relationships, multi-references as taxonomies, collection lists as query loops. Each collection is exported as a CSV and imported with its images re-hosted.
Collection URLs (/collection/item) are kept as they are, so no redirects are needed for the bulk of the site. Any page whose address does change gets a 301, crawled before and after. SEO fields and Open Graph data move with the content. This is the lowest-risk platform move we do.
Not as editable settings. If you keep the design (Route B), they come along in the exported code. If we rebuild on blocks (Route A), they are recreated in CSS and light JavaScript. Every interaction is listed in the scope, marked as carried over, rebuilt, or optional.
The usual reasons: the site plan plus editor seats add up, CMS item and field limits, wanting an admin your whole team can use, ecommerce that outgrew Webflow, or simply owning the platform. If none of those apply to you, we will say so in the free scope.
Products and customers move to WooCommerce; memberships get a maintained plugin or a small custom one. Both are scoped and priced before you decide, and the store stays open on Webflow until cutover.
One to four weeks: keeping the design is usually faster (one to three weeks), a rebuild on blocks two to four. Both are built beside your live Webflow site and cut over by DNS in one evening, with zero downtime.
Most sites land between $699 and $2,499, fixed after a free scope. Hosting and an optional care plan are separate and monthly, usually less than the Webflow site plan plus seats. Headless setups and redesigns are quoted after the scope.
