We can match it exactly as a custom WordPress theme built from your Webflow design (posts, Collection items and page text editable, layout changes a small job for us), or rebuild it as native blocks so your team can edit everything. Webflow's code export only comes with paid Workspace plans and leaves out the CMS content, forms, site search and ecommerce, so those are built on WordPress either way. The free scope recommends one route.
They become real WordPress content, field for field: each Collection a post type, its fields as fields, references as relationships, multi-references as terms. Webflow exports each Collection as a CSV, with image and file fields as links to the original project, which break if it's deleted, so every image is downloaded first and references are re-linked once every item exists.
Collection URLs (/collection/item) are kept as they are, so no redirects are needed for the bulk of the site. Any page whose address does change gets a 301, crawled before and after. SEO fields and Open Graph data move with the content. This is the lowest-risk platform move we do.
Not as Webflow settings. On the "match it exactly" route they are recreated in light CSS and JavaScript to look the same; on the "blocks" route the ones that matter are recreated and the rest simplified. Every interaction is listed in the scope, marked as recreated, simplified or dropped, and all of them respect visitors who turn motion off.
The usual reasons: the site plan plus editor seats add up, CMS item and field limits, wanting an admin your whole team can use, ecommerce that outgrew Webflow, or simply owning the platform. If none of those apply to you, we will say so in the free scope.
